FAQs
Do you take insurance?
1
We do not accept insurance and operate as a private-pay practice. This allows us to offer more personalized, relationship-focused care without the restrictions often required by insurance companies.
While we do not accept insurance directly, we can provide a superbill upon request. Some clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific coverage.
How do I schedule an appointment?
2
Appointments can be scheduled online through our secure client portal. You can view availability and request a session at a time that works best for you.
Do you offer virtual or in-person session?
3
We offer virtual and in-person therapy sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your own space.
What payment methods do you accept?
4
We accept major cash, credit and debit cards, and HSA as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
Therapy may be a good fit if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin, many people start therapy because they want clarity, support, or a healthier way to navigate what they’re already carrying.
If you’re noticing:
Ongoing tension or disconnection in your relationship
Difficulty communicating without conflict or shutdown
Emotional exhaustion, resentment, or feeling unseen
A desire to understand yourself or your relationship more deeply
…therapy can offer a supportive space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and learn tools that support real change.
How do I know if therapy is right for me right now?
5
This is more common than people realize. One partner often recognizes the need for support before the other and that doesn’t mean therapy won’t be helpful.
If your partner is hesitant:
Therapy can begin as a space to explore concerns, not assign blame
Sessions focus on understanding patterns and building safety, not “taking sides”
Many partners feel more open once they understand what therapy actually looks like
During a free consultation, we can answer questions and discuss with the hesitant or unsure partner how to explore the process at their own pace.
