  • A culturally responsive 8 week group for Black women ready to release burnout, step out of survival mode, and reconnect with themselves in community.

    The Sisterhood Sit Down is a guided, trauma-informed space where women gather to reflect, heal, and reclaim balance, boundaries, and self-trust without pressure to perform or hold it all together.

  • The Harmony Collective is a monthly, facilitator-led support circle offered through Harmony Counseling Network with groups for Black women and Black couples who want consistent support, reflection, and connection in a collaborative support group.

    This circle is designed for people who are doing the work learning, healing, and growing and want a steady place to process life, relationships, and emotional patterns alongside others who understand.
